   Mr. Jobin V. Mathew, Development Manager, North and North East India.

    

   

   A dynamic result oriented professional with more than 15 years of experience in Management and Socio - Business development, client and customer relationship, exposure in procurement and vendor management.

   Has been associated as a consultant cum coordinator for marketing and sales activities of our products in North and North – East India. Has done Masters in Business Administration from Pune and has worked in marketing and sales managers in Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Working as a key player in decision making, designing and implementing organizational policies, production planning and scheduling and target oriented achievement in sales. The professional key roles in two start – up organizations helped to formulate brand promotion and marketing strategies and future planning assessment. Well versed in English and Hindi languages along with the mother tongue. Has been a trainer in Personality development, Motivational strategy planning and Entrepreneurship Development and had been a Visiting Faculty at MATS University in Raipur, Chhattisgarh along with many other academic institutions and social development organizations across India.

   Mr. Sijo Thomas, Development Coordinator, M S Swaminathan Foundation

   Mr. Sijo Thomas is currently the Development Coordinator at MSSRF. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development. His expertise comes from more than ten years of experience in Rural Development, coordination of different government projects like Watershed Management under Western Ghats Development Programme – WGDP, Water and Sanitation of Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, KRWSA, and Disaster Management of Kerala State Disaster Management Authority, KSDMA. His area of interest includes the development and empowerment of the rural sector.

Mr. Johnson Karukappillil, Development Manager, Middle Region of Keral.

An Excellent Social worker since 1995 and he lives at Cheadu in PindimanaGramaPanchayat ,Ernakulamdistrict.After his post-graduation course in Economics he entered  in to Social work field. In 1997 he appointed as programe Co-ordinator of Nirmalgam Rural Development Project in developing sector with diary project. He has obtained a  an award from Ministry of Human Resources Development as the Best Youth Social worker  in 2003.  After the completion of the project  in 2004 he joined in  Social Service Department in Kothamangalam Diocese as project coordinator and still continuing. He is also a good mentor and conducted number of trainings in developing sector and leading/conducting  ofseminars , classes , and Speeches.He got a lot of prizes and awards in  Speech in business development sector. Now he  Known as a good actor and  made  number of Short films.

Mrs. Cini Jose, Community Development Officer.

Mrs .Cini Jose  is currently working as Senior Community Development Officer at Vijayapuram Social Service Society, Munnar. She  holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development. And also a Research Scholar in Social work.  She has more than  twelveyears experience in  the field of Social work as well as in business development through promoting small business entrepreneurships. . She works as a coordinator for Educational support programme for the children,Sponsorship programme for the poor children,Self Help groups,CBR Project (Community Based Rehabilitation for Differently Abled),Family welfare Programmes,Livelihood Projects, and Emergency Relief and Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building.

Mrs. Minchu

Mrs .Minchu belongs to Erattayar and now residing at Muvattupuzha and she is planning to settle in Canada for business Developmemnt sector. Basically she belongs to social work sector especially in agriculture. She has conducted various survey in developing sector like cocoa , coffee, rubber, pepper and other spices.She has also worked in family development program.

Mr. Joy antony, a Business development coordinator belongs to the farmer sector who develop a small scale industry proprietorships. He Professionalwith15+yearsofexperience in programme and project leadership roles across diverse NGOs working in varied fields including community development, Organic farming , skilling, water and sanitation, waste management and livelihood.
