Mr. SanoopSkariah Varughese is a consultant in product development and management, field advisory, project formulations and implementations. He has worked at national and international levels in the fields of development and management with several NGOs and private companies. Also, in cognate with NABARD as a technical consultant in FPO formations, evaluations and orchestrations. He has received several national and international honors like ‘Student of the year 2018’ by ICAR-AIASA, IRDP by CSFD, etc. both as a student and a working professional. He owns specializations in International Agriculture and Rural Development (IARD) from Cornell University, USA along with Developmental studies and Human Resource Management endowed with a graduation in Agriculture from the Kerala Agricultural University.

Dr. Haridas hasM.Sc (Geology) , M.Tech (Remote sensing) and Ph. D (Hydrogeology) 21 years’ experience covering extensive hands-on exposure to areas like Programme Development, Execution and Monitoring, Training and related research and studies, People Management and administration in various projects, especially in Natural Resources management/Watershed Management/Sustainable Agriculture initiatives in several organizations.Expertise in reviewing project proposals, ensuring approvals and project monitoring and evaluation.
